The Health Factory is a company set up to cut out erratic dieting and make sure you have all you need for a healthy well- balances diet. The idea is to sign up for a month, you choose what you would like to eat, the prepare it, cook it and deliver all your meals to you every morning. We spoke to Wissam Younane 29, living in Dubai, who took the different approach to dieting when he wanted to shift some pounds. "They send you your meals for six days, Fridays are not included. Each morning you receive a box with breakfast, lunch and dinner and two snacks for in between, so you don't get hungry between meals.
Wissam continues, "There are different packages for different prices, the more calories you have, the more expensive it gets. I like it because I can delay each meal if I start to get hungry. For the first two, three even four days you of course have cravings, but you get over it and eating healthy motivates you to achieve your goals each day."
Altogether having five meals a day sounds okay, and your meals are chosen at the start of the month so that you know what you're going to have each day without the pressure that some face when it comes to choosing a balanced meal. Something he is not shy to admit," I'm back on the diet now; it's laziness of not having to choose what you want every day. Someone is picking your food for you and delivering it to your home or work.
Overall, the Health Factory's vision is a good and convenient way of getting all the vitamins you need without even having to think of what you can and can't have, I lost 13 lbs in a month, exercising I could have lost more, no problem, it gives you more energy and motivates you. My wife did the same diet and she lost even more than me. It is cost effective, physically beneficial and good for you."
There are ways to diet healthily; the problem is that you need to find the one that's right for you. Fad diets are not the way forward and ultimately your body will suffer. If you're planning on dieting for any reason, speak to a professional first about what constitutes a healthy eating plan. Instead of cutting out the things you really enjoy, just make sure you eat healthy eating balanced meals. The focus needs to be on what you should eat, rather than what you shouldn't. When you limit yourself to what food groups you're allowed to eat, the problems begin. Providing a short-term solution to a flabby belly might make you feel more confident for a while, but health- wise, you're putting more strain on your body. This pressure is not good for the system and eventually it will fail you.
