How It Works

Step 1 - Contact Us
Fill out our contact us form and a customer service representative will contact you to talk you through the programme and the enrolling process. We will also send you an introduction email with more details about our services, contact information and the Client Information Sheet, which you have to complete and return to us in order to proceed with your enrollment. Your details will not be shared with any other individual, group or organization.
Step 2 - Consultation (optional)
After we have received the client information sheet, we will request if you require one to one consultation in person with our Senior Dietician which is an extra charge. If you do not want a consultation, our dietitian will analyse the client information sheet, discuss any diet restrictions you may have, recommend a meal plan and outline a series of goals with your agreement. It is at this time that a weight loss target in kilograms will be identified.
Step 3 - Menu Selection
Next, you will make your weekly or monthly menu selection based on the specific meal plan. We will start the delivery of your meals three days after the selected menus have been received by us. Payment for the monthly meal programme has to be made prior to commencement of the meal programme. We can collect the payment either at your residence or office. For your convenience we accept cash, credit card or cheque.
Step 4 - Lose Weight
Finally, our Dietician will work closely with you to monitor your progress and make any adjustments as necessary.

Every day our driver will deliver a cooler bag to your doorstep, which includes the meals for the whole day. Once the bag is received by you, it is mandatory to store the food in a refrigerator to avoid spoilage. The bag includes a menu with description of the meals and the amount of calories, a diposable cutlery pack, with napkin and condiments. Your meals are packaged in disposable containers and can be heated in the microwave. You will return the empty bag with the ice pack the next day and collect your new delivery.
